Neodymium magnets also known as NdFeB magnets are the third generation of rare earth permanent magnets, they are composed of Neodymium, Iron, Boron and a few transition metals. Neodymium magnets have high remanence, high coercive force, high energy product and high performance. Currently Neodymium magnets are the strongest magnets available in the world.
Generally Information of Neodymium Rare Earth Magnet.
1. Material of Neodymium Rare Earth Magnet: Sintered Neodymium-Iron-Boron.
2. The Neodymium Rare Earth Magnet is the strongest power magnets in all of the permanent magnets.
3. Grade of Neodymium Rare Earth Magnet: N35 to N52; N33AH.
4. Excellent strength value: the highest (BH)max reaches up to 53MGOe.
5. Extremely Resistance to demagnetization with Hcj, the intrinsic coercive force can be over 33,000Oe.
6. Moderate temperature stablity: under 80℃ for low Hcj NdFeB magnet and above 200 ℃ for high Hcj NdFeB magnet.
7. Coating: Effective Surface treatment to prevent corrosion, such as Nickel, Ni-Cu-Ni co, Zinc, gold, siliver, tin(Sn), epoxy, chemical, parylene, etc.
8.Shapes and sizes: various different sizes can be custom produced according to our customers' requests.
